SIP VSDD 11kW 10Bar Screw Compressor with 500 Ltr Tank

Heavy duty, rotary screw compressor from SIP, the 08265 comes with direct drive and variable speed to offer continuous use or provides multiple users with compressed air at one time. Fitted with an inverter 11kW motor which has automated soft start to ensure even torque distribution when powering up and slope down function which controls load descent once the receiver has reached the required air volume.

With precision-engineered twin parallel rotary screws to deliver an efficient positive drive transmission to ensure greater power and reliability. Providing an impressive 50 CFM (1415ltr/min) of Free Air Delivery (FAD), the SIP 08265 screw compressor has a maximum pressure of 145psi (10bar).

With an all in one design to and a small footprint, the SIP screw compressor saves on valuable space in the workshop. This compressor can meet the demands of air requirements within a spray shop, automotive, industrial, engineering, and agricultural environments in medium to large workshops.

All the screw sir compressors critical components are easily accessed through the heavy-duty cabinet, helping to reduce air production down time. The cabinet is also silenced to reduce vibration and operation noise levels. A touchscreen, colour control panel is mounted on the side to display the screw compressor information such as operation and load status, receiver pressure, motor voltage and internal temperature.

Requires a 400v (64A) supply. This SIP screw compressor is designed to be used a minimum of 1000 hours annually and a service should be performed annually or every 2000 loading hours.
