SIP VSDD 11Kw Screw Compressor with 500 Litre Tank
Providing multiple users with compressor air, the SIP VSDD 11kW screw compressor offers variable speed, direct drive with a large 500 litre air receiver.Designed for continuous use meeting the demands of medium to large workshops such as spray shops, automotive and agricultural and engineering environments.
The direct drive transmission comes from precision engineered twin parallel rotary screws for greater power transfer with lower maintenance requirements and component stress. With lower power consumption, the compressor delivers excellent energy costs.
The 11kW variable speed inverter motor delivers soft start function along with slope down, this ensures even torque distribution when powering up and controlled load decent once the air receiver has reached the require air volume.
Fitted with a large 500 litre air receiver tank, the screw compressor provides Free Air Delivery os 57 CFM (1613 ltr / min) with 116psi (8bar) of max. pressure.
The SIP 08262 screw compressor has an all in one design with a smaller overall footprint to save valuable space in the workshop. Built with a heavy-duty cabinet which is silenced to reduced noise levels and minimise vibrations.
A colour display with touchscreen is featured to give real time diagnostic information such as operation and load status, receiver pressure, motor voltage and internal temperature. The compressor cabinet comes with an easy access door which allows full access for servicing and maintaining the compressor.
Requires a 400v (64A) supply. This SIP screw compressor is designed to be used a minimum of 1000 hours annually and a service should be performed annually or every 2000 loading hours.
