SIP VSDD 5.5kW 8bar 200ltr Screw Compressor
A variable speed, direct drive rotary screw compressor designed for continuous use or where multiple operators require compressed air at one time. Equipped with a 5.5kW variable speed motor which delivers even more power distribution allowing it to meet high demand air requirements. This screw compressor has inverter motor control to enable automated soft-start and slope-down functionality which ensures even torque distribution when powering up and controlled load descent once the receiver has reached the required air volume. The large 200 litre air receiver safely stores high volume compressed air, helping to ensure a stable flow and meet pressure peaks when in operation. Offers a free air delivery of 25CFM (720ltr/min).
With an all in one compact design which offers a smaller footprint overall to help minimise lost work area space once the compressor is installed. Built with a heavy duty silenced cabinet offering reduced noise during operation and is easily accessible for maintaining and servicing the compressor (a service should be completed annually or after every 2000 loading hours). Also features a colour touchscreen for real-time diagnostic information.
Designed with precision-engineered twin parallel rotary screws to deliver an efficient positive drive transmission which negates slippage for greater power transfer and machine reliability compared to belt-driven compressors. It also reduces the need for machine maintenance, reduces component stress and lowers power consumption and energy costs.
This SIP VSDD Screw Compressor should be in use often with a need of completing a minimum of 1000 loading hours annually.
