SIP VSDD 7.5kW 8 Bar Screw Compressor with 200 Litre Tank
Built for multiple users in medium to large workshops, the SIP VSDD 7.5kW screw air compressor will optimise energy usage and meet the needs of high demanding air requirements. With variable speed, the 7.5kW motor delivers an even power distribution and is built within a heavy duty, silenced cabinet so noise is reduced for a comfortable operation. The IE4 motor offers inverter soft start up slope down function.
With an all in one design, the screw compressor is space saving and reduced lost work area. A colour touchscreen gives real time information of the status of the compressor and includes operation and load status, receiver pressure, motor voltage and internal temperature.
Direct drive transmission, the SIP VSDD 7.5kw compressor features twin parallel rotary screws to delivery efficient drive transmission. This offers greater power transfer and reliability compared to a belt driven compressor. Machine maintenance is also reduced with lower component stress while improving energy and running costs thanks to the lower power consumption.
Fitted with a 200 litre tank which will safely store high volume compressed air with a stable flow while meeting pressure peaks in operation. Offering Free Air Delivery of 37CFm (1050ltr/min), the screw compressor has a maximum pressure of 116psi (8bar). For reduced downtime for maintenance and services, the SIP 08259 comes with an easy access cabinet with access to all critical machine components.
Requires a 400v (32A) supply. This SIP screw compressor is designed to be used a minimum of 1000 hours annually and a service should be performed annually or every 2000 loading hours.
