the shaft bought as an extra would not fit, contacted Webb who said some issue with shaft, quickly supplied another, this was the same, the parts in the inner of the shaft have been fitted the wrong way round, they located a correct one and sent to me quickly, Webb dealt with issue well but has a kwon problem should have checked the correct shaft was being sent in first place. But happy how they resolved the problem. |
