Stihl MSA80 Cordless Chainsaw
The Stihl MSA80 C-B cordless chainsaw is a powerful, lightweight chainsaw designed for use by ambitious private users, hobby gardeners and wood craftsmen. Powered by the AK range of batteries, the MSA80C-B works the best with the AK30S battery offering impressive chain speeds of 16m/s with run times of 35 minutes or approx. 230 cuts in 10cm² timber.
Lightweight at 2.9kg and offering 1.2kW power output, the Stihl MSA80 chainsaw is has excellent power to weight ratio providing you with excellent balance and control while cutting. When used with the AK30S battery, the chainsaw has a boost peak of 1.5kW for short periods when cutting hardwood.
Designed with a 14” / 35cm bar with a ¼”P chainsaw chain, the MSA 80 saw has a quick, tool-less chain tensioner on the side casing for effortless chain tensioning without the need for a combi spanner. A transparent chain oil tank is featured with a quick close filler cap.
With a powerful brushless motor, the Stihl MSA80C-B chain saw has a power output to rival the petrol MS162 chainsaw, or the AP system MSA160 chainsaw.
