STIHL HTA50 10” Pole Saw
The Stihl HTA50 Pole Pruner is Stihl’s first cordless pole pruner within the AK range making this battery operated pole chainsaw ideal for domestic users. The quiet operation is ideal for use when pruning, de-limbing trees and the removal of dead wood around the home and garden, the pole pruner comes with a 10″ guide bar and chain and is suitable for small branches between 5-12cm in diameter.
With a lightweight and compact design, the HTA50 Stihl pole pruner allows easy manoeuvrability between the trees and a branch hook is included for removing small debris from the tree canopy. The Stihl pole saw has an impressive length of 280cm which can be extended to 330cm with a 50cm extension shaft that can be purchased as an accessory (see related products). The shaft of the HTA 50 pole saw splits in the centre for easy transport and storage. Also included with this split shaft pruner is a wall mounted tool holder for hanging and storing the pole pruner after use.
The Stihl HTA50 long reach pruner features an ergonomic control unit with a large trigger, soft handle and rubberised handle tube are also present for a safer and stable grip while working. The side chain tensioner makes for easy adjustment and inspection window on the chain oil tank allows the user to make quick oil level checks.
Recommended battery AK20 gives approximately 45 minutes operating time, dependant on working conditions.
