Description
The STIHL FS 70 C-E petrol brushcutter is powered by a STIHL 27.2 cc two-stroke engine that has a power output of 1.2hp. The FS70C-E is fitted with bike handles that make it very effective when clearing large areas.
It features STIHL ErgoStart which cuts the effort required to start the tool by half, it works with a coil spring between the starter cord and the crankshaft, the rope can be pulled at just one third of the normal force. Additionally, a small fuel pump delivers fuel to the carburettor at the touch of a button. This reduces the number of starting strokes required following extended breaks in operations.
Controlling the FS 70 C-E petrol brushcutter couldn’t be easier thanks to the easy, comfortable thumb-operated control on the bike handle. The bike handle allows the machine to be easily guided, in a side-to-side swaying action, making it ideal for working on large areas and thus reducing fatigue.
The starting system has been simplified to make large tasks no effort, simply set the choke, pump the fuel primer, pull the starter cord and off it goes. The running machine will switch off after a brief press of the stop button, once the machine is at a standstill, the ignition activates again automatically.
This petrol brushcutter has a total length of 170cm and is supplied as standard with an AutoCut C26-2 mowing head, GrassCut 230-2 metal blade and a blade fitting kit. A double harness is also included.
All this is backed up by a 2 year manufacturers warranty.
