STIHL FS 55 Petrol Brushcutter

Description

The STIHL FS55 is a lightweight petrol brushcutter, powered by a STIHL 27cc 2-stroke engine and is fitted with bike handles for easy clearance work. It has a mowing width of 420mm and is the perfect brushcutter for small-medium gardens.

The STIHL FS 55 is also easy to start and operate, it has a small fuel pump that delivers fuel to the carburettor at the touch of a button, it also has an electronic ignition module which ensures reliable and trouble free starting.

Controlling the FS 55 petrol brushcutter couldn’t be easier thanks to the easy, comfortable thumb-operated control on the bike handle. The bike handle allows the machine to be easily guided, in a side-to-side swaying action, making it ideal for working on large areas and thus reducing fatigue.

This brushcutter is supplied as standard with an AutoCut C26-2 mowing head.  A metal grass cutting blade can be fitted to the FS 55 to tackle thicker vegetation (available separately)

Please note: A blade fitting kit and blade guard are required when fitting a metal grass cutting blade (available separately)
