Powerful and professional brushcutter, the Stihl FS240C-E is designed for heavy duty work from agricultural, horticultural and demanding users. This heavy duty brushcutter from Stihl comes with a powerful 37.7cc 2-MIX petrol engine, the 2-MIX engine runs from 2-stroke petrol and oil mix but offers a reduction in emissions and has an improved fuel consumption which provides excellent operating costs. With a large 750ml fuel tank, you can work for longer before the need to refuel. Stihl 2-MIX engine complies with the strict EU Stage V emissions directive.

Supplied with an ADVANCE Universal harness and cow horn handles, theFS 240 brushcutter provides excellent comfort when clearing large areas of ground and working for long periods of time. The cow horn handle also features a multi-function handle which allows you to control the machine with one hand, all the relevant controls are integrated on the handle and it can be operated by both left and right hand users.

With a solid, straight shaft the Stihl petrol brush cutter comes with both a AutoCut C 27-2 mowing head for mowing large areas of grass and for more dense growth the brushctter includes a GrassCut 230-4 metal blade. Stihl anti-vibration system is included on this model which buffers and reduces the vibrations to ensure a more comfortable use.

With a manual fuel pump to ensure the carburettor always has enough fuel in for easy starting the brushcutter also features ErgoStart which has an additional spring in the recoil for a smooth and effortless pull on the recoil to start the brushcutter. A winter setting slide control can be used in colder months to prevent the air filter and carburettor from freezing.Specification
