Stihl’s most powerful lithium ion battery from the AP battery range, the AP500S provides long run times with constant power. Suitable for the AP range of Stihl cordless tools, the AP500S has a high capacity of 8.8aH / 337Wh and thanks to Power Laminate technology it offers nearly double the number of charging cycles than its predecessor.

Ideally suited to professionals, semi professional and private users, the Stihl AP 500 S 36v battery features intelligent battery management system which delivers a constant level of power whether the battery is at 100% and even down to 1% charge. The battery has a cold start feature which protects the battery cells at temperatures down to-20° Celsius by warming them up in a controlled way before delivering full power.

Built with an integrated Bluetooth interface for use with the STIHL Connected APP, meaning you can monitor it’s daily usage, keep track of total discharge time and total number of charge cycles. The battery features a LED charge indicator to clearly display the remaining battery charge.

Certified to IPX4 the battery can be used in all weather conditions, even rainy days.
