SIP Weldmate Pro 250A Welder
SIP Weldmate Pro 250A is a multi-process inverter welder offering MIG, TIG or ARC welding modes for use in a professional welding fabrication workshops. With Pure Synergic Control which allows the welding voltage and wire feed speed to be adjusted to simplify the welding process to achieve a more consistent and higher quality weld.
Fully compliant with Reg EU 2019/1784, the welder comes with a heavy duty cast aluminium 4 roll wire feed to provide greater wire control and preventing slippage while maintaining higher feed speeds for constant deposition rates. The Weldmate Pro 250A is supplied with interchangeable feed rollers for solid and flux-corded wires, the welder is compatible with 5kg and 15kg spools.
Fitted with a welding torch Euro connector, the welder comes with a 3 metre Euro MIG Torch. With MIG torch settings, gas type and wire size selector, the welder is easy to use for a range of jobs. Synergic control function and Inductance are used to control and reduce weld splatter, Wire Ince can be used to feed the torch wire without using gas and ARC Force can be used for fine arc adjustment.
With a Duty cycle at 20°C is 250A @ 80% in MIG, ARC or TIG mode the Weldmate Pro 250A can weld a thickness of 0.8mm – 8.5mm in mild steel or 2.2mm – 8.5mm in aluminium. With a 4th generation inverter which provides above 80% energy efficiency.
