SIP 05731 WELDMATE Welder

Multi-process inverter welder from SIP, the Weldmate 120A offers MIG, TIG and ARC welding for entry level users at home and in workshop applications for welding steel. Ready to use straight from the box, the SIP 05731 offers gas and gasless modes of welding.

With 4th generation inverter features to this welder, which is above 80% energy efficient, meaning it uses less power at the same output as older inverters, helping to lower operating costs. With an output current of 20A – 120A with a duty cycle of 120A @15% in MIG mode, 20A – 100A with duty cycle of 100A @ 15% in ARC mode and then 20A – 100A with a duty cycle of 100A @ 15% in TIG mode. The welder offers 0.8mm – 4mm material thickness when welding mild steel, with a wire diameter of 0.8mm – 0.9mm

Compact in design, the welder comes in a robust case with a handle so it can be easily transported from job to job. All the accessories you need to weld are included in the box, including an integrated 2mtr MIG torch, electrode lead, earth lead, gas hose with clamps, 0.7kg flux-cored wire reel, feed rollers, contact tips, chipping hammer/brush and face shield.

To weld in TIG Mode you will need to purchase a TIG Torch with Gas Valve (05029), Gas Regulator, Tungsten Electrode, Filler Rod and Gas.Specification
