SIP QT DD air compressor offers ultra-low noise levels operating at just 67dB the air compressor is ideal for areas where noise level is a consideration. The SIP QT DD air compressor runs from a slow running 4 pole motor pump unit which provides up to 50% longer working life compared to a 2 pole compressor.

Built with demanding users in mind within automotive and larger workshops, the SIP QT 4.5HP air compressor offers oil free direct drive and delivers 22.8 CFM piston displacement and 18.2CFM Free Air Delivery (FAD) all from a single phase electric supply.

With a wheel mounted design, the compressor comes with either a 200 litre air receiver. Suitable for spraying applications, pneumatic car lifts, tyre changes, sanding, grinding and perfect for use with spot welders and plasma cutters. With a large 6-cylinder motor pump unit, the compressor features large motor fans to improve cooling which maintains the pumps temperature.

The SIP 05498 air compressor comes with a mains supply control box with an input voltage display which initiates individual motor pump start up at 3 second intervals, this eliminates inrush current and alleviates any start up motor stress and premature motor wear and tear. For resistance free starting, the compressor alsofeatures an electronic auto bleed system, this releases residual delivery pipe pressure before every filling cycle which ensure the motors reach their full operating speed without any additional mechanical stress.

Wheel mounted with a handles, the SIP Air Compressor can easily be moved from job to job. The U shaped handle comes with a bracket and fixing for fitting a separate SIP Air Hose Reel, see related products.
