Airmate 06285 Screw Compressor
Powered by a 10hp IE3 premium efficiency motor which when combined with the high performance air-ends, minimises energy costs and reduces CO2 emissions. Built for intense and non-stop operation – 24 hours without a drop in performance. Offering 35.3CFM free air delivery with a 270 litre air receiver to offer 145psi maximum pressure.
With a ETM II electronic controller with multi-functional backlit display which shows working pressure (off-load/load pressure); oil temperature; total working hours; on-load working hours; compressor status LED (stand-by, off-load, load) and hours remaining before maintenance.
The belt drive transmission reduces power losses and offers 3 times the service life compared to standard V belt screw compressors. Designed to be easy maintenance with a large oil filter and separator filter which offers long service intervals and lower costs. With low noise levels of just 64dB(A) this compressor can be installed closer to workstations.
