SIP FX100 Welding Fume Extractor
The SIP FX100 welding fume extractor provides efficient and powerful fume extractor of low to mid-level concentrates of welding fume pollutants. The SIP FX100 Welding Fume Extractor features a three stage filtration system.
Stage 1 Mesh Spark Arrestor will capture larger particles from the welding process, such as splatters and sparks, and prevent these forms reaching the next stage of the filter system.
Stage 2 Cylinder Cartridge Filter will filter out dust and fumes, to improve air quality in the work areas.
Stage 3 Carbon Filter removes odours by absorption to maximise the filtration process.
The SIP 05815 fume extractor comes with a heavy duty 2m hose which features a large magnetic suction hood that offers tilt and adjust so you can channel the area your want to capture harmful fumes. Compact and portable, the SIP FX100 is built with a powerful 1.1kW motor which provides a high flow rate of 163 metres per hour, all from a domestic 230v 13amp supply.
The SIP FX100Fume Extractor supports HSE requirements for handling weldable materials, which helps to reduce exposure to hazardous pollutants and improve work area air quality.Specification
