SIP 01573 12″ Metal Cutting Bandsaw
Powerful and accurate metal cutting bandsaw, the SIP 01573 comes with a 12″ fixed head and is ideal for cutting bar, tube and profile workpieces in a range of metal types such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass and alloys.
Ideal for the safe cutting of metal to a high standard, the 01573 has a 3 speed direct drive gearbox and offers a quick and easy switch to select the blade cutting speed.
The heavy duty cast iron bow head is fixed in place and uses an adjustable vice which allows cutting between0° and 45°. This allows for round, rectangular and box section to be cut with ease.
For excellent cutting the bandsaw is supplied with a bi-metal vari-pitch blade. The blade can be tensioned manually to ensure for precise cutting process. For reduced vibration, the metal bandsaw is mounted to a steel base which has wheels.
