SIP Metal Folder, Roller and Shear
Ideal for metal workshops and professional metalworking, the SIP 01529 3 in 1 metal machine has the ability to cut. fold and roll metals, including mild steel, aluminium , coated steel and stainless steel. A multi function handle is fitted to the machines which performs all three applications, adjustable from left to right allowing the user to add the necessary pressure to each process.
The shear function on the 01529 uses a scissor action blade to cut sheet metal up to 1mm thickness across a fixed position to a maximum width of 760mm. A clamp bar is fitted to allow the sheet metal to be held in place, an adjustable backstop then allows you to measure the depth of cut required.
Metal folding function has the ability to fold to a 90° angle with 1mm thickness. This function is ideal for steel box fabrications.
Three pyramid rollers allow sheet metal to be bent and rolled repeatedly to the desired specification. The minimum rolling diameter is 39mm with a max thickness of 1mm.
