The CHX5500E Professional-X charger is a fan cooled charging system, preventing the battery and charger from overheating. The LED charging / diagnostic indicator also provides constant feedback on battery status and recharge levels.
This charger is designed to get BAX1300 & BAX1500 backpack battery users back on the move as quickly as possible. To ensure optimum performance, efficiency and longevity, these high energy capacity batteries incorporate intelligent individual cell monitoring and balancing, both when it’s powering a tool and when it’s recharging.
The CHX5500E charger has a charge time of 300 minutes for the BAX1300 backpack battery & a charge time of 420 minutes for the BAX1500 backpack battery. It also provides an optional Rapid mode charge for the BAX1500 with an impressive rapid charging time of just 210 minutes.
