The single hole (Winter) slider provides a large single drop hole. It is predominantly designed to improve the spread of large particle size materials that are generally difficult to spread due to poor flow characteristics. All types of salt application are best applied using the Winter slider. As well as products that require a large volume of output like a sharp sand or flowable top dressing application to turf areas.

An exclusive second feature of the Cresco Winter slider is the reduced application feature. By engaging the secondary Slider plate, the spread width is reduced on both sides to approximately half 2 metres. This exclusive feature reduces salt wastage when spreading in confined areas or on pavements and sidewalks.
