The Cobra Fortis 20FTB features a 20″ / 51cm 10 bladed cutting cylinder & is powered by a Briggs & Stratton XR550 petrol engine. This lawnmower is packed full of features such as variable height fine adjustment from 3mm – 30mm, front and rear rollers for a beautiful striped finish, a heavy duty drive system, and is compatible with the full set of optional Fortis lawncare cartridges.
The Fortis 20FTB is expertly powered by a a Briggs & Stratton XR550 engine which takes lawnmower power to the next level. The Fortis 20FTB is fitted with a finely crafted 10 bladed cutting cylinder which delivers a stunning finish, cutting down to a precise 3mm. Tailored for fine turf and sports pitches, this impeccably balanced mower is equipped with a grooved roller & turf rake ensuring optimal performance for meticulous lawn care.
Driven by the heavy-duty drive system & featuring both a steel front roller & cast ribbed split rear roller, the Fortis 20FTB not only creates a beautiful striped finish, but the split roller makes the mower more manoeuvrable, reducing scalping.
By simply turning the Fortis 20FTB’s easy-to-adjust height-of-cut knob, mowing heights can be adjusted from 3mm – 30mm, giving an incredibly fine finish to your lawn. Fortis fine turf mowers cut shorter because they utilise a reel of 10 blades that rotate against a fixed blade, creating a scissor-like action that cleanly cuts each blade of grass.
The Cobra Fortis 20FTB comes complete with a high quality, robust, large capacity 75 litre grass box, meaning more grass gets packed in & less trips to the compost bin are needed to empty the cuttings!
The Fortis lawncare cartridge system is a versatile system available for all Fortis lawnmower models. Optional additional cartridges are fitted with the minimum of effort, with options including the standard 6-bladed cylinder, 10-bladed cylinder, scarifier, aerator, dethatcher, verticutter & lawn brush that will keep your lawn looking its finest throughout the year. Whatever the garden task, the Fortis cartridge range will have a tool to complete the job.
