SIP FX200 Welding Fume Extractor

Ideal to extract welding fumes of mid-level concentrate, the SIP FX 200 welding fume extractor is suitable for small fabrication workshops, welding stations and automotive sectors and supports HSE requirements for welding.

With variable speed settings, the welding fume extractor is fitted with a 2 metre heavy-duty suction hose with a large switchable magnetic suction hood which can be tilted to suit each workplace. Ideal for TIG welding and other delicate welding operations.

Filtering up to 99.97% of hazardous pollutants, the welding extractor uses a three-stage filtration system.

Stage 1 – Multi-Layer Spark Arrestor captures larger particles such as sparks and splatter and prevents them from reaching the next stage of filtration.

Stage 2 – Primary Filter will filter out dust and fumes that are generated during the weld process, this gives better air quality in the workplace.

Stage 3 – H13 Filter is the final stage of filtration and will filter finer airborne particles down to 0.3 microns.

Featuring a 200W digital motor, the weld fume extractor has a maximum flow rate of 300 mtr³/ hour whilst using lower power consumption to save on energy usage costs. Wheel mounted the FX200 can be moved from job to job with ease. With easy to use controls that are illuminated, the welding fume extractor features an emergency stop for safety.
