The Einhell TE-RS 18 Li cordless rotating sander provides the user with cordless and independent flexibility for work in the home, garage and workshed.
Thanks to Power X-Change technology, the sander runs on Einhell’s powerful 18 V lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, which can be used in any garden machines & power tools in the Power X-Change range.
Unlike conventional orbital sanders, rotary sanders have a rotating grinding disc with a round grinding plate that oscillates in a circle at the same time. This unique double movement produces excellent grinding performance with improved removal. Wood, metal or stone structures can be processed to a professional standard with the rotary sander and corresponding sand paper for a perfect sanding result.
The TE-RS 18 Li comes with the hook and loop fastening so that the abrasive paper can be changed in seconds and then deliver a high rate of material removal due to low slippage. Any standard paper (125mm diameter) can be used. The cordless rotating sander is equipped with an active dust extraction system and a dust bag that immediately collects any sanding dust. For longer sanding work and maximum cleanliness, a wet/dry vacuum cleaner can also be connected to the integrated adapter. This way the air remains clean and the abrasive paper sharp.
Be it compact or soft materials: thanks to the variable speed electronics the tool can be adjusted to the particular material and application. You can adjust the speed of the grinder to suit the surface & the vibration rate ranges from 14,000 to 22,000 per minute.
One sheet of abrasive paper for wood is included (P80, 125mm diameter) so that you can begin work immediately. The Ergonomic grip surfaces are coated with softgrip, which ensures a firm grip, even for complicated and labour-intensive projects.
The Einhell TE-RS 18 Li – machine only is supplied without battery and charger. It is compatible with all 18V batteries from Einhell’s Power X-Change range & the rechargeable, interchangeable batteries can be used in any of the products in the Power X-Change family for powerful cordless performance!
