The Husqvarna T542iXP is the worlds first battery top handle chainsaw to feature a centrifugal clutch offering exceptional performance for demanding arborists. With outstanding capacity and a unique feeling, the Husqvarna T542iXP chainsaw is a powerful top handle chainsaw powered by Husqvarna 36v lithium ion battery technology giving high chain speeds and instant power.

Well balanced and lightweight, the Husqvarna T542iXP chainsaw comes with a top handle making it ideal for use while climbing. Easy to manoeuvre and operate, the cordless chainsaw comes with a 14″ X-Precision guide bar and a SP21G chainsaw for precise and efficient cuts. An intuitive keypad allows you stay in control of the chainsaw, stop and start is achieved by the touch of a button while a savE function and Max power can be selected depending on the cutting task. Battery charge status is also displayed on the keypad and low oil level will also alert you to top up the chain oil levels. The keypad will also remind you if the chain brake is in the on position.

An adjustable chain oil pump is featured on the Husqvarna T542iXP chainsaw, this allows you to adjust the chain lubrication depending to the type of wood you are cutting. The guide bar features retained bar nuts so whether you’re tensioning or replacing the chain you can rest assured you won’t loose your bar nuts.

Lightweight at just 2.9kg the Husqvarna battery top handle chainsaw comes with a belt eyelet for quick and easy connection to a climbing harness while a rope attachment point makes it safe to hoist up the chainsaw into a tree. For added safety the chainsaw features automatic shutdown, so after 3 minutes of being idle the chainsaw will power down to prevent accidental starting. Weatherproof to IPX4 rating, the chainsaw can be used in all weather conditions all year round.
